Featuring cider makers present at CBR. Want to know your acid from your astringency, or your bitterness from you balance?  If so, then join The Ciderologist, Gabe Cook, as he takes the audience through a tutored tasting of the wonderful, and little understood, world of cider and perry.

15:45 - 16:15 BREAK OUT BREWSTERS & OTHER FEMALE STARS OF OUR BARS

Presented by Jane Barnes, Mothership.

Combining a beer tasting and a general chat, some of the most high-profile women of the brewing scene talk you through some beers with a side shot of gender politics; come for the brews, stay for the stories.
