We've also got 8 snack producers dotted around the beer hall for when the need arises!
THE FOX'S DEN
CLAW started life back in 2015 when they discovered that, as a country, Britain exports approximately 80% of its crab to the rest of Europe and even Asia.
They believe that crab and other British seafood is undervalued and want more people to realise that it is fresh, healthy, high in protein and most importantly delicious!
Kolkati was formed in 2015 after the founders came across The Kati Roll whilst travelling around India, and they decided this was the ultimate street food dish to bring back to the UK. Since hitting the ground running in year 1, Kolkati has been mentioned in the Evening Standard as part of ‘The 10 Hot New Street Spots’, as well as being included in Timeout London’s ‘Best Street Food’ line-up.
PRAIRIE FIRE BBQ
A smoked brisket sandwich from Prairie Fire comes with quite a backstory. You see, not only was that brisket slow smoked over oak for 16 hours, before this that cut of meat had a flight over the Atlantic and is certified USDA black Angus. Slather on Prairie Fire’s signature tomato based sauce with secret spices and molasses and you have something quite special in your hand.
BEEFINITY AND VIANDE
A novel take on traditional comfort food, with a particular Asian twist.
Founders Peter and David were both born in London, but have family roots tracing back to Asia. "This is the spirit of our food: We merge the best modern European techniques and produce with our childhood memories and nostalgia. Emily has travelled the world seeking out exciting adventures and delightful flavours. On her travels, Emily found an innovative way to create amazingly crunchy crisps using only the freshest fruits and vegetables. Emily makes quality crisps with a crackle and crunch from her own favourite fruit and veg.
